  • Description: Relative frequency distribution of the length and minimum-age of Ascophyllum nodosum individuals analysed across ten permanent plots (0.25x0.25 cm) situated in the mid-tidal zone of Kobbefjord. Data from the 10 plots were combined comprising a total of 73-78 marked individual. Minimum-age was assesed as the number of bladders in the longest shoot of each individual. Benthic vegetation:Benthic vegetation MarineBasis Nuuk:The MarineBasis programme collects physical, chemical and biological data from the Greenland coastal zone. Work is focused around three fjord systems, all influenced by glaciers connected to the Greenland Ice Sheet.
